Lightspeed is seeking a full-time, but temporary(!) Finance Administration Clerk.

Reporting to the Regional Accounting Manager, the ideal person to join us is self-motivated, possesses strong organisational skills, and is extremely attentive to detail. The working environment is dynamic, and daily tasks include a variety of accounting duties. If you’re interested in the opportunity to expand your skills by working with the Finance team of a growing technology company, this may be the position for you.

As a Finance Admin Clerk you will:

  • take care of Accounts Payables bill entry, follow up on approval process and prepare for payment
  • apply customer payments 
  • handle bank reconciliations
  • assist in a wide variety of accounting tasks
 

As a Finance Admin Clerk you need to have:

  • availability for a full-time, temporary role (with a 2-3 months-long contract)
  • excellent written and spoken English skills, Dutch is a nice to have
  • several years of experience in accounting
  • bachelor in Business Administration or Business Economics or MBO with at least 5 years experience
  • advanced knowledge of automated accounting systems - NetSuite would be ideal
  • ability to work under pressure, manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • excellent time management and organizational skills
  • keen attention to detail
