Finance Business Partner

The role of Finance Business Partner, which reports to our Finance Director, will allow you to manage the full business partnering lifecycle. You will partner with our workspace general managers, central team leads as well as our external accountants to ensure the timely delivery of our financial services.

This opportunity will be ideal for an established Finance Business Partner to come into our business and utilise their technical skills within a fast paced business environment.

Requirements

You will be responsible for the finance transactional accounting alongside our finance assistant. You will;

  • Own month end ensuring reporting is accurate, timely and complete
  • Prepare technical and insightful reporting; monthly management reports, weekly cashflow forecasts, long term strategic plans, budgets and forecasts
  • Support Finance Director in monitoring and adding value to business performance in relation to commercial requirements - Improving the impact and understanding of financial reporting on operational performance
  • Partner with departments heads in preparing management information and providing 'real time' support and analysis to be a trusted adviser to add value that will assist in improvements and decision making
  • Own assisting external accountants as part of statutory reporting
  • Work with external accounts on other tax preparation and submissions


Your Profile

  • Qualified accountant
  • Multi-site experience is desirable
  • Hands on experience with both financial and management accounting
  • Experience working in a small team, supporting each other to deliver value
  • We need to consistently train and develop to wider business - Excellent communication and presentational skills required
  • Commercial and analytic mindset
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • A self-starter and possess a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work with integrity and openness
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive within fast-paced environments - Multi-site experience (desirable)
