Rentokil Initial is hiring a

Finance Clerk

  1. Accept payments and prepare receipts for all payments received on behalf of the Company.
  2. Update all Daily Collections-related reports and prepare a Daily collections list for Debt Collector.
  3. Prepare and update Bank deposits daily based on collections received.
  4. Ensure all customers' invoices and necessary supporting documents are dispatched in a scheduled and timely manner.
  5. Prepare Customer’s Statement of Account.
  6. Carry out Customer Voice Counts (CVC) Surveys per Quarter for both Pest Control and Hygiene customers.
  7. Update Daily Operational Stock Movement.
  8. Upload Bank Statement into Navision for reconciliation at the frequency required.
  9. Update & verify Petrol and Security Statements and records.
  10. Carry out Office Stock Checks and re-order list, which included:
    1. Grocery Items
    2. Stationary (inclusive of Postage & Revenue Stamps)
  11. Filing of documentation – service report slips and stock requisitions.
  12. Assist with duties of others in their absence (inclusive but not limited to the answering the telephone).
  13. Carry out and hold any other duties which may be assigned to the position.


Aged: 20 years and over

Associate Degree / Diploma in Finance or Accouting.

Microsoft Office / Google Docs - Intermediate level.

Quick learning and self reliant.
