Overview:

The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands on finance professional to lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) finance function. Reporting to the VP, FP&A, this role will partner closely with the President of GTM and other senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Customer Support to drive financial/strategic execution for the company’s business. We need a true business partner in this role - someone who has a successful track record creating an analytical framework to better evaluate the business, develop proactive solutions to help GTM leadership optimize revenue outcomes, and drive continued efficiencies to allow for reinvestment into more productive areas. We are looking for a leader that is highly quantitative and analytical, but also possesses the ability to collaborate, drive alignment and influence decisions with business partners and other cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include:

• Lead planning and forecasting efforts for GTM functions, including the long-range plan, annual financial plan, and monthly forecasts 
• Build and implement Cloud/SaaS Go-To-Market metrics model 
• Partner with GTM leadership to optimize sales capacity and design incentive compensation plans that are clear, measurable, cost efficient and effective at driving behaviors that maximize top line growth while optimizing cost 
• Develop financial models that reflect an aligned approach between Corporate and GTM initiatives, investment priorities and efficiency goals 
• Develop and enhance sales productivity and other sales efficiency metrics 
• Deliver analysis and reporting of the business' financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted 
• Analyze key performance indicators, financial trends and develop key insights and recommendations 
• Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency. Provide analytical decision-making support for business partners. 
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management
• Focus on aligning Go-to-market metrics with corporate strategy and appropriate market opportunities

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience working in high-growth technology, with experience in Cloud / SaaS
• Sales finance experience required.  "Go To Market" (GTM) finance business partner experience preferred 
• Deep understanding of P&L components, unit economics, commercial functions, and common SaaS metrics 
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentations. 
• Proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization 
• Advanced financial modeling and presentation abilities
• Strong analytical, operational and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail 
• Self-starter with ability to be agile in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field required
• MBA from a top business school strongly preferred
