As our Finance and Operations manager you will work closely with our accounting firm to drive key areas of finance, such as forecasting and planning, tax, payables and expenses. You will also oversee the operations and logistics of a busy office, help our team achieve cost controls, and make refinements to various internal processes.

Partner with external accounting firm to drive revenue forecasting, analysis, and reporting
Track and report on all office expenses on monthly basis
Manage internal budgeting process to support efficient use of our cash
Select and manage external vendors (building management, catering, security, etc.)
Arrange contracts and price agreements with vendors, and manage invoices
Oversee the day to day operations and inventories of a busy office
Oversee HR responsibilities
Organize schedules, meetings, calls and arrange itineraries as needed
Perform ad-hoc data management tasks as needed
Build out lightweight, transparent systems that scale and fit our needs and culture
3+ years progressive experience in finance, preferably in financial planning and analysis
3+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.)
Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense;
Proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
Exceptional trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information
Self starter, proven ability to self-motivate and work with minimal supervision
Commitment to managing timelines and keeping organized
Extremely adaptable and flexible to a dynamic work environment
Multitasker who is excellent at prioritization and getting things done
Degree in marketing, business, or psychology
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Accounting or related field
