Reporting to the Head of Payments and Fraud, you will be responsible for running a variety of processes, and undertaking investigations and analysis to minimize fraud loss as well as will ensure the safe, fast and correct execution of customer withdrawal requests and due diligence, while respecting essential time-frames and a positive customer experience at all times.
Your task is to ensure payments made to processing centres and e-wallets are sent successfully within time frames specified in service level agreements and in accordance with the company’s fraud and risk policy. Checking that the customer due diligence database accurately reflects all personal documents received from customers is also a significant part of your role.
You have the big responsibility of ascertaining any fraudulent transactions and accounts so that they are spotted early to minimize the risk to the company. You’ll also be running daily security checks including reports on new customer accounts and payment transactions to protect the business from technical issues and abuse, and communicating with 2nd line support team and payment providers to solve customer problems.
The true specialist in Payments and Fraud is you, so initiating supporting improvements to the Payments and Risk functions in the department is something we really appreciate.
In this role you will also proactively use banking, payment and verification services relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level, and perform ad hoc tasks as required by the Team Lead.
