SocialCops is hiring a

Founders' Staff

New Delhi, India
Paul Graham (co-founder of Y Combinator and Viaweb) once said, "Startups are very counterintuitive... Startups are so weird that if you trust your instincts, you'll make a lot of mistakes." Only an actual startup experience — creating your own startup or working in a startup — can really teach you what it's like to start a company.

At SocialCops, we’re opening up a unique opportunity — a role where you work directly with our founders or leadership team to help them run our startup better!

Because our founders and leadership wear so many different hats, working closely with them will involve many responsibilities. One day, you may work closely with our founders or other leaders in the company on key strategic initiatives like identifying new markets, figuring how to scale in a new country, or tracking our biggest projects. Another day, you may focus on company initiatives like launching a new internship program, organizing a fun company retreat, or writing new job descriptions. Other days, you may be representing SocialCops at public events, testing and optimizing lead generation on our new website, talking to potential customers, building a VC pitch, or taking on countless other projects. Basically, your job is to do whatever it takes to get shit done and grow SocialCops!

This role is open-ended and filled with challenges, where the only constant is change. Come experience what it's like to be an entrepreneur building a company that's scaling fast!

  • Intelligence
  • Hustle
  • Great communication
  • Ability to work hard (but intelligently!)
