Frame Studio Photographer

Attention all expert photographers (and fans of Warby Parker)! We’re on the lookout for a part time portrait photographer to be part of our Warby Parker Frame Studio concept shop in New Orleans. At our new location, customers will be able to choose their favorite pair of Warby Parker frames and have their photo snapped by you, completely free of charge! If you’ve got a good eye—and love meeting new people—this position just might be for you.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the portrait studio within the Warby Parker Frame Studio
  • Support Advisor - Sales team while photo studio is not in session
  • Photograph customers in 20-minute sessions
  • Digitally send and print customer photos; archive photos after visits
  • Manage inventory of Frame Studio collateral
  • Work with our Social Media team to curate the best weekly photos for sharing via Warby Parker social accounts
  • General upkeep of photo equipment in studio 

Who You Are:

  • Skilled at portrait photography, studio set up, and lighting—the whole package
  • Personable, loves photographing people and capturing their individual style, personality, and mood
  • Detail-oriented and organized (almost to a fault!)
  • Capable of working individually and within a team
  • Flexible and adaptable, with an impeccable work ethic and a positive attitude
  • A pro at making people smile

Qualifications:

  • Portfolio of relevant self-created and/or published photography
  • Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and/or similar software
  • Proficiency with Mac computers
