What the Role Is:

The Fraud Investigator will be a part of a new team within our Product group reviewing documents and accounts for inaccuracies. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly detail oriented, process oriented and analytical person with the ability to navigate some ambiguity and work with a wide array of people, internally and externally. 

What You'll Do:

• Investigate accounts and review documents, applying appropriate tags
• Investigate results from models, determining missed signals and reporting on results
• Investigate instances when our results different from other solutions 
• Perform case reviews to help educate the larger organization and outside customers
• Partner with clients to also understand results
• Partner internally to develop Socure fraud definitions and labeling framework
• Suggest fraud investigation tools for testing and use
• Assist in the creation of processes including prioritizing and queueing account reviews, and information access and treatment

What You'll Bring:

• 2 years of relevant experience, in case reviews, document labelling, documentation, etc.  
• Entrepreneurial approach and passion, forward and strategic thinker, innovative, competitive, ability to drive meaningful change in the business and in the industry.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, partnership management, organizational, and communication skills.
