Media.Monks is looking for an experienced Freelance Senior Creative to work with us in developing a series of exciting brands and, more particularly, to lead the visual side of our social content offering for our clients. We are looking for a passionate creative leader to drive forward the creative ideas and executions within the team. 

Role & Responsibilities

  • In this role, you’ll work on the design of social content ideation, & execution for product launches, brand campaigns and always-on the content.
  • You’re in direct contact with our client and play a key role in building a prolific partnership representing MediaMonks from a design POV. 
  • Pixel perfectness is important. You safeguard quality at all times and work with our designers to create flawless executions. 
  • You are all about the detail, not only in bringing your ideas to life visually but ensure that the team are adhering to guidelines and are consistent across ad formats, dimensions and languages.
  • You look after the execution of the art direction and help to improve the work by offering new angles, (P)inspiration, best practices and practical solutions — guaranteeing projects meet our standards.
  • You are responsible for training the designers and ensuring all documentation and design standards are up to date. 
  • You are always on the lookout for process efficiencies.

About You

  • Your Photoshop skills are so slick; they look photoshopped, you also know how to organise your files, layers and folders, even if you’re a creative mess outside of Adobe CS.
  • You are familiar with social media formats from FB through to TikTok.
  • You are great in Illustrator and photo retouching. 
  • You can contribute to different stages of the production process; from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning.
  • You bring your Arabic touch and market relevant insights to all creative content you produce.
  • You are well versed in documenting and enforcing guidelines. 
  • You are well-versed in English and Arabic.
  • You are a clear communicator and are happy to work with designers from all over the world.
