Your Mission:
You will be tasked with extremely high-impact recruiting efforts for all things engineering at Bitpanda's new Barcelona tech hub. As we believe the future of digital asset ownership will be built on blockchain technology, you will be at the forefront of one of the leading companies in this space, one that will leave a lasting mark on our industry. This is expected to be a 6-month contract, with the possibility to extend further, or potentially lead to a permanent position.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with senior leaders across our engineering organisation to understand their hiring objectives and develop strategies to deliver upon hiring goals
  • Track and analyse metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, On-boarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
  • Provide a flawless candidate interview experience and delight our internal hiring managers

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter (in-house experience preferred)
  • Consistent track record of sourcing and recruiting technical talent
  • Strong network of potential hires within the European tech scene
  • Ability to understand and relate to the startup and engineering mentality
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work environment
  • Analytical/data oriented approach to handling a recruiting funnel and working with hiring partners
