A Better Opportunity

Better is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic frontline specialist to provide phone and chat support to borrowers. As the frontline specialist, you will be the all-important initial contact for new and existing borrowers. The success of this role could be the difference in bringing a new borrower onboard or delivering an existing borrower an exceptional customer experience that they will tell others about. You will learn the intricacies of a $12 trillion industry and of our internal loan origination processes in order to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in this role.

  • Strong inter-personal skills and an ability to relate to people
  • Prior experience in a customer support/sales role
  • Proven ability to learn quickly on the job and adapt to new situations

  • Willingness to hustle and “do whatever it takes” to accomplish the mission
