Full Time Customer Service Agent (11am - 8pm Shift)

The Role

As a Customer Service Agent you’ll be responsible for delivering above-and-beyond customer experiences through phone, email, live chat, social media and review platform support. You will kill our customers with kindness and knock their socks off every day with stellar service. Southtree is a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that is constantly evolving and changing, and we are looking to add a team member that is ready for the challenge.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer phone, email, live chat, social media and review platform customer inquiries
  • Provide clear, accurate, empathetic human responses; go the extra mile to engage and build relationships with customers
  • Actively listen to identify issues, problem solve on your feet; handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Master our order management system in order to efficiently and effectively manage customer relationships
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of both Southtree and Legacybox products
  • Strategize ways to improve our service, streamline our process and better serve our customers
  • Channel recurring customer inquiries to department leader so we can solve

Background and Experience

  • Associates degree or 1+ years of work experience
  • Customer service or call center experience, a plus
  • Excellent computer and technical skills
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends

  • A “no task is too small” attitude and a positive, spirited outlook
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Excellent computer and technical skills
  • Experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Must pass drug test and state, federal, and criminal background check

Full-Time, starting at $13/hour, up to $17/hour
