Full time Virtual Executive Assistant (Fyxer)


This is not a traditional EA role. FYXER is a professional and fast paced place to work. No two days are the same as we manage diverse client needs.   • Minimum 3 years Executive Assistant C-suite experience.
  • Required to attend team days once a month in London and occasional face to face client meetings, as required.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, up to 3 clients at one time.
  • Accountable for proactively managing your clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
  • Create quarterly objectives with your client and deliver on these agreed objectives.
  • Be technological savvy, a quick learner and motivated to hit the ground running.
  • You can adapt your approach, and think creatively when a client needs a problem solving fast.
  • Have an eye for detail and be able to see and analyse any potential risks.
  • You are a self starter who loves working in a team and supporting your colleagues where needed
  • Preferably experienced in remote working or able to work productively and communicate effectively with others in a remote environment.


  • Remote working apart from meeting your team/clients once per month (mainly in London)

Our Recruitment Process

Thank you for your interest in FYXER and considering applying for one of our exciting virtual roles. Our recruitment process is defined to allow exceptional candidates to shine and demonstrate their EA skills.

Our recruitment process is a 3 stage process. As we receive a high number of applications for our roles, if you don't hear back from us, please assume you have been unsuccessful at this time.

Stage 1: Application and Video
Our application form is designed to give us the information we need to decide if you are right for the role and a good fit at FYXER. You’ll be asked to complete a short video as part of your application which allows us to see how you would present yourself in front of our clients whilst working remotely.

Please make sure that you have an hour or so to complete this. Should your application be successful you will then have the opportunity to complete a 2 hour trial.

Stage 2: Two hour timed trial
The trial is designed to give you an insight into what a typical day can look like at FYXER. It also gives us the opportunity to see your work. The trial is a timed written assessment made up of two tasks, one on client management and one on diary management. You will have 2 hours to complete it.
When you are selected for a trial, you will then receive an invite to book in a trial which you can schedule for a date and time of your choice (including evenings and weekends). You will need a laptop to complete the trial. At the start time that you scheduled the trial to start, you will receive an email with full instructions on how to complete and submit the trial.

Once received, we review your completed trial within 10 working days and decide whether you will proceed to the next stage.

Stage 3: Interview
This is the final stage of our recruitment process. This is a remote interview where we get to know more about you and your work experience. You will also have the opportunity to ask us questions and find out more about the role. You will find out whether you have been successful in the role within 10 working days.
