VTS is looking for a General Manager to lead our Broker business unit, responsible for solution strategy and continuous rapid growth of broker adoption and engagement. You are an industry expert in Commercial Real Estate and have a background as a broker leasing office, industrial, or retail space. As the GM, you will oversee and manage the broker strategy, senior level relationships, inside sales, and account management teams and work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure we are providing the industry-leading SaaS solution for the brokers in the CRE Industry. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Drive strategic sales and account management as an executive sponsor to key broker accounts
  • Supervise and manage inside sales and account management teams to hit quarterly revenue, user acquisition, and customer expansion metrics
  • Collaborate with other executives and departments across our organization globally to achieve business goals
  • Represent VTS at relevant industry events and meetups worldwide as the subject-matter and solutions expert
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to further refine broker product functionality and innovation to best serve the CRE broker community
  • Collaborate with our community team to establish best practices to ensure we are effectively managing our broker clients and users


  • 7+ years of experience as a commercial real estate broker
  • Successful track record of delivering revenue on a consistent basis
  • Prior experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Proven success in carrying out successful projects on time and on budget in the past
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel
