What we're looking for

The Sameday Health team is looking for a General Manager, Field Operations to join our team. This person is ecstatic to build out successful wellness center locations nationwide in the competitive forward-thinking healthcare landscape. Ideally, you are located in Los Angeles with the ability to travel when needed. This person will play an essential role in developing and executing our expansion strategy, developing our community reputation and relationships, and maintaining effective daily operations. You will be working closely with the executive team to bring ideas to life at various locations across the country.

What this person will do

  • Lead national expansion and build out of several new flagship
  • Analyze and evaluate business procedures across retail locations nationwide to monitor P&L.
  • Integrate new business offerings and services into retail operations locations with agility, ambition, and creativity.
  • Restructure and oversee site infrastructure and aesthetic to engage and retain clientele and our communities.
  • Implement new team and site processes as the business grows and transforms.
  • Oversee Operations team and Regional Directors, ensuring the team is reaching goals set by company leadership.
  • Design and implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations and workflow.

What qualifications are necessary

  • 7-10 years of experience in an operations management position in the wellness, luxury, or hospitality field
  • Demonstrable experience of positioning a company in a competitive market and winning market share
  • Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative, transparent, and hands-on environment
  • Visionary with a driven personality, not only highly analytical and strategic, but also creative and hands-on in nature
  • Extremely structured
