JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for operations of the Warehouse and its employees. Responsible for keeping current warehouse practices best in class through use of technology, process improvement, innovation, and employee accountability.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Oversee fulfillment center operations of Las Vegas facility.
•Lead fulfillment center to include overall senior leadership for team, budget, and planning. Provide leadership to ensure facility is an employer of choice through best practices, work environment, and athlete engagement.
•Effectively lead warehouse leadership team, along with all fulfillment center team members.
•Direct leadership team in the efficient and safe operation of fulfillment center activities.
•Pro-actively seek new and innovative warehouse operation strategies to move company to 'best in class'. Deploy continuous effort to reduce cost, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
•Develop, lead, and implement strategic and tactical objectives in direct alignment with corporate goals and annual operating plan for profitability, and quality customer service initiatives.
•Prepare annual budget forecast, analyze and adjust quarterly budget based on business requirements.
•Develop effective business partnerships with all internal department leaders and facilitate cross functional activities to meet or exceed established annual operating plans.
•Manage all facilities maintenance requirements, define capital expenditures, ensure all OSHA and regulatory provisions are complying and manage a safety training program and practices.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of Education, training, and work experience. 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•At least 10 years warehouse operations management experience with top line leadership responsibilities for large fulfillment center (> 300 FTEs)
•Hands on experience with developing, implementing and managing warehouse operations with expertise in receiving, processing and distribution/shipping.
•Have lead or had significant leadership experience with a distribution facility.
•Excellent proficiency in computer skills, specifically Excel, Word, Power Point, Project and software systems.
•Excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and analytical skills.
•Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, forward thinking-visionary, strong sense of urgency, follow-up, decision making and judgment skills.
•Demonstrated success leading and motivating teams with the ability to develop and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
•Experience in developing and implementing annual strategic plans and achieving annual improvement targets.
•Familiar with WMS systems.
•Experienced with Six Sigma and Lean Systems, or similar continuous improvement expertise gained through certification and successful implementation of process or program improvement initiatives.
