We are looking for a General Manager – Philadelphia to run the Cosentino Center located in Oaks, PA, to lead Cosentino’s operations and sales activity in the Eastern PA / Southern NJ area.  The Cosentino Centers are an example of the company’s total commitment to its clients, providing them with exclusive and high quality service. The Centers combine the functions of (a) warehouse, (b) brand and product showroom, and (c) sales network.

Overall: You will be responsible for managing all operations/sales/profitability of the center, coordinating and monitoring the activities of the team, carrying out corporate initiatives and goals, protecting the integrity of the level of service customers receive, and tracking projects in their area in order to achieve the commercial development.  Going more granular, you will be responsible for the following main areas:
P&L Management
· Responsible for creating and adhering to yearly budget as it relates to expenses and revenue
· Accounting / Collections – Timely booking and reconciliation of accounts.
· Manage, maximize and protect Cosentino assets
· Manage, monitor and evaluate the results of the center: degree of achievement of the planned goals (billing, overall efficiency, profitability by product, contained commercial segment, exposure outlets, etc.)
· Maximize synergies between commercial and promotional opportunities
Sales Management
· Grow sales and distribution of all the C & C affiliated companies product lines
· Define & drive sales & marketing strategies
- Define the strategies, priorities and frameworks (commercial, promotional activity, marketing, management, reporting, etc.)
- Analysis, positioning, and executing in the UbuilderU, UretailerU and UcommercialU market segments
- Track competitor activity
- Marketing and co-advertising for all brands with corporate coordination
-       Focus promotional efforts on point of purchase displays; vignettes and samples
· Relationship Management
-       Manage Key Builder accounts; cultivate relationships with purchasing managers
-       Fabricator regional relationship management and customer satisfaction
-       National Account relationships and compliance
-       Manage key customers in the area: planning, visits, development of the relationship, sales, etc.
People’s Management
· Manage sales zones and their proper allocation balancing between workloads and business potential
· Support the team in identifying and evaluating business opportunities
· Ensure that sales team performs tasks properly reporting and updating data systems
· Coordination and alignment of branch personnel to ensure they are performing their duties
· Responsible for ensuring Health and Safety procedures and safeguards are enforced at the center
Operations Management
Warehouse organization and best efforts to comply with best practices and safety measures


- 5+ years in retail sales management
 o   Team management
-  7+ years in retail sales management
-  Stone fabrication or distribution

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Master’s degree

- Understanding of financial statements and general accounting rules

- Communication: Oral & Written
- Computer skills:
- Office Suite
- Order Management program (e.g. SAP)
- CRM system (e.g  SalesForce)
- Spanish
