  • Undergraduate applicant undertaking any course in a UK university where Business Development experience would support their course requirements
  • Fluent in English plus fluency in German are both essential
  • Work remotely, with occasional site-visits if required

What you'll do:

We are growing our international community of boutiques and are looking for a German speaking intern to help us build a steady flow of qualified leads. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about our business and independent retail and is ready to get stuck into this opportunity helping the team to introduce Trouva to some of Europe's best boutiques.

You will:

  • Outreaching to boutiques in Germany and other German speaking countries to introduce them to Trouva
  • Utilise a variety of communication methods, tools and processes to facilitate inbound and outbound lead generation
  • Support lead outbound lead generation and boutique discovery
  • Ensure due diligence is carried out on all leads so we are confident that they meet Trouva’s high standards
  • Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads in our CRM
  • Work closely with your BD team colleagues to hit targets and manage a smooth and professional experience for leads
  • Provide translation support for comms across a variety of channels


In addition to the above, we are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Proficient in the use of IT systems including windows/Google Suite
  • An articulate and confident communication style; including written, verbal, presentation and social media
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
