Global Account Lead

The Global Account Lead would be responsible for three - four global accounts. The Global account lead would be tied to a global account number for the account though wouldn't care what region the money came from as long as the money comes.

This person would not be in the day-to-day mix of the business (that is owned by the regional leads/brand strategist), but rather focusing on the long-term growth of the account; this includes:

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Servicing the global executive suite at the client
  • Creating demand generation in underdeveloped BF/client markets
  • Defining and implementing long-term client strategy (including formal client partnership)
  • Defining global marketing proof points that be achieved & measured through BuzzFeed
  • Client education, learning and enrichment
  • Acting as lead on internal cross team collaboration across all BF regions touching account.
  • Global knowledge sharing at the client and regional level

Requirements:

  • Media agency background (AMD or above) working on Fortune 50 Company at Major Media buying shop
  • Experience working within or selling to complex organizations
  • Ability to create change in large organizations
  • No haters
