With eight offices spanning four continents, Eventbrite has become a truly global company over the past ten years. We are charged with creating programs that incorporate our values and company spirit, while considering the needs and individual culture of each of our offices. Whether we’re creating programs for our San Francisco, Nashville, London, Melbourne, Berlin, or Mendoza teams--we need a strategic global business partner to understand and anticipate the needs of every one of our Britelings.

By collaborating with strategic partners and vendors worldwide, you will bring all of your creative and game-changing ideas to life. You’ll have the opportunity to take a holistic look at our benefits program and build packages that support, engage, and retain our Britelings. You’ll lead the effort to streamline processes and reallocate resources to design the best suite of benefits within our budget. Ultimately, you will ensure that our global benefits and mobility programs are delightful, impactful, and seamless for every member of our thriving team.

THE TEAM:
As a key member of the Briteling Rewards team, you’ll work synergistically with Compensation to build a global, sustainable rewards program. We are a lean team with a big global impact. As part of our larger Briteling Experience team, we partner with HRBPs, People Operations, Recruiting, and Facilities to support our population of over 500 Britelings.
