Global ERP Project Manager

Grana is seeking an ERP Manager to manage the development work and processes on our ERP system and help us improve business processes and increase efficiencies. In this role you will frequently collaborate with many teams including the Technology, Merchandising, Administration, Marketing, Retail, Product, and Fulfillment. You will work closely with many teams to determine the best business processes, gather requirements for technical changes, write up user stories, and work with the Technology team and ERP vendor to implement those changes.
In this product leadership role, you will be an integral team member responsible for assessing, choosing, and implementing an ERP system. Reporting to our COO, you will also train stakeholders across the company and communicate the ERP system changes that have been made.

Your key responsibilities
·        Work with the senior leadership team on the global ERP/PLM direction and selection, assuring process, people and technology alignment
·        Work closely with all business units to develop standardized global business processes for the effective operation of the organization
·        Develop ERP/PLM roadmap, architecture and governance and project manage integration of roadmap that is in-line with company’s business requirements
·        Work closely with ERP/PLM providers and consulting partners to assure business requirements are met and maintained while ensuring the best and most cost effective solution
·        Track and report on project related activities to project stakeholders
·        Work closely with administration team to ensure solutions are within Company’s budget
·        Ensure that deployed systems comply with all applicable legal, and fiduciary policies, practices and requirements for the global Grana business together with our administration team
·        Implementation of business processes and process improvements for ERP/PLM maintenance and production support
·        Prioritize resources and projects in support of, and in response to, business requests and strategic initiatives of the company
·        Establish, grow and enhance collaborative relationships with global business units and internal customers to explore opportunities and alternatives to meet business needs
·        Manage multiple projects/solutions for multiple business areas
·        Collaborate with peers to assure optimal resource deployment for the company as a whole including playing an active role in new initiatives in project management and business requirements
·        Promote workplace practices, systems and processes consistent with Grana's policies, and in accordance with Grana’s values and leadership behaviors

·        Bachelor’s degree
·        Familiar with various ERP development lifecycles and are an expert in translating user needs into user stories
·        Understand technology and how it can be applied to help solve relevant problems
·        Have strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skill
·        Have a solid understanding of or an ability to rapidly learn our tech stack including Magento
·        Understanding of APIs and able to frame business requirements for APIs allowing us to work with third party vendors
·        Lead by example, make milestones and hit delivery dates ahead of schedule
·        Are a natural consensus builder across all levels of a company
·        Effectively communicate (verbal & written) internally/externally
·        Able to sell ideas and clearly explain product concepts
·        Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team initiatives
·        Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling problems
·        Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary
·        Have 3+ years ERP and project management experience in consumer-facing online commerce
·        Experience with Chinese ecommerce platforms such as TMall
·        Are a top notch communicator
