Responsible for seamless execution of a variety of conferences and events - both online and offline. The main focus of this position will be in Asia, with occasional support to major conferences in other parts of the world
Develop and implement effective event planning processes and systems with the event team
Establish and maintains vendor relationships, oversees contract negotiation and service delivery of select vendors
Manage meetings and event budget
Understand the needs and interest of the VIPs & clients to provide a superb event experience
Monitor, track and analyse event metrics to evaluate performance and ensure insights can turn into actionable plans to strengthen relationships with VIPs & clients
Collaborate with cross-regional business groups and functional areas to plan and organise event campaigns
Work closely with the global branding team to define and launch events that aligns and complements to the overall strategy
Other adhoc projects as required
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (or above) in Marketing, Communication, Media, Language or relevant disciplines;
With relevant experience in sponsorship and execution of offline events
Candidates with crypto background are preferred, relevant experience in the Internet industry and will also be considered
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken) in English
Good command of Chinese (Mandarin speaking) is highly preferred
Willing to travel
