As Global Head of Education, you will fuel the next quantum shift for Charlotte Tilbury in all our categories towards the most loved, and #1 for £s & growth in the world.

By shaping the vision, strategy and delivery of our education curriculum, you will contribute to propagating the brand’s purpose: “Give anyone the right makeup and beauty and they can conquer the world!” and fulfilling its promise: “making it EASY for EVERYONE to be the most confident and beautiful version of themselves.”

Responsible for the creation of the Global Education strategy and curriculum for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and delivery of flawless execution and delivery to our regions, you will lead the content creation of retail development and be the birthplace of global initiatives, which aim to enhance brand engagement and commercial performance globally.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Undertake a needs analysis based on insights and observations, including collaboration with regional education leaders, to define the global requirements on delivering best in class retail/field engagement and development to step-change and accelerate performance in all markets NA, APAC and EMEA
  • Outline the strategy, execution plan and KPIs to accelerate performance through engagement across all markets, develop global guidelines, create relevant and impactful content, and mandate the global implementation thereof
  • Craft and lead the implementation of a multi-territory educational strategy coupled with an annual activity roadmap which reflects all retailer specific activity (such as Sephora Conferences), to achieve and exceed brand awareness and performance objectives, including retail KPIs and data capture
  • Unlock cast, team and individual performance regarding sales, artistry, and advocacy delivery through brand and customer experience education tailored to the needs and specificities of all key channels across the regions
  • Create engaging, relevant, and innovative content to achieve learning objectives across the regions, including specific skincare certification and curriculum, elevation of artistry, all NPD/seasonal school content, and category/pillar training to achieve #1 rankings across all products, categories and geographies
  • Partner with the Pro Artistry team (global and regional) to ensure all training touchpoints leverage both art and commerce, driving performance through expert artistry, including Artistry content in NPD/Core training materials, including digital engagement
  • Lead the creation of effective global training mechanisms and digitalise content and communication wherever possible; demonstrate thought leadership in the development and implementation of the LMS and all digital learning platforms, ensuring consistent implementation across all regions
  • Lead and develop education talent across the global and regional teams
  • Oversee Global Education budget and evaluate all spend requirements with clear ROI


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building training plans to deliver growth
  • Proven experience in managing a high performing team and able to multitask and motivate
  • Results driven and able to unlock limitless oppportunities
  • Innovative approach to training methodology; familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a cross-functional group
  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines and priorities; ability to create structure and process, whilst working within ambiguity and at pace
  • Independent, pro-active and self-starter approach
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Experience working within Beauty / Premium Retail highly advantageous
  • Must be open to travel in UK and possibly abroad
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
