Global Influencer Marketing Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a talent and passionate Global Influencer Marketing Manager to join our PR & Advocacy team to supercharge our advocacy strategy, drive KPIs and manage our influencer campaigns and relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and grow existing advocacy in new markets, focus on delivering KPI’s and increasing VIT
  • Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns focusing on new regions including framing the campaign strategy, curating talent, negotiating rates, managing contract development, influencer relations and reporting
  • Build a squad of global influencers who will create content on an on-going basis and act as ambassadors for our brand, working collaboratively with regional teams to achieve this
  • On top of the global aspect, this role involves a holistic overview of all influencers activities, supporting local teams with guidance and focus on driving VIT results, connecting markets who will benefit from other market influencer activations (as an influencer can leave in the US and have influence in the Middle East too) plus the successful applicant will initiate and develop relationships with influencer in new regions to spread wider advocacy.
  • Responsibly represent the brand and manage relationships with all influencer partners, talent managers, media and contacts at social networks
  • Manage the influencer global budget to drive tactical global activations
  • Establish relationships and manage influencer and PR samples/mailers for all where we don’t have PR teams (i.e., Brazil, Russia, Norway) Capture and track organic influencer content and build a bank of assets for our Social Media team to use across all platforms
  • Manage & grow an ambassador program with a focus on Magic Makeup Stars, working closely with the Regions, Digital & Partnership teams
  • Recommend social content marketing plans to be executed in partnership with influencers, and partner with the Digital team to track results of influencer content
  • Champion recommendation of key influencer/talent we want involved in our brand campaign photoshoots who will drive VIT
  • Be an expert in social listening tools (Traackr, Sprinklr, etc.) and provide organized reporting and impactful recaps and presentations
  • Be a strategic thought partner and leader in Social Media & Digital Global teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience across Influencer Marketing within beauty, fashion or entertainment ideally
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Innovative thinker and creatively driven
  • Self-motivated, action-oriented and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • A keen interest in all things beauty/fashion and an avid follower of relevant news, trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
