What You’ll Do

As the Global Payroll Manager you will manage all aspects of our Global Payroll Program including direction and strategy, system management and deployment, vendor selection and management, processing activities, process and procedures, reporting and compliance for our multinational team of 1,200 employees in 7 countries including the US (9 states) to the UK, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and India. 

This is a new position on the HR Team and is aligned to our top line business goals, growth plans and continued geo expansion.

You Are Good At

  • Establishing payroll in new jurisdictions domestically and internationally in accordance with all data and processing standards
  • Ensuring accuracy in each pay cycle
  • Defining processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance in all areas including payroll processing, tax filings and reporting in accordance with all regulatory and statutory requirements globally
  • Innovating and improving through systems and tools including new payroll system implementation and integrations
  • Selecting and managing third party processors
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders including Finance, Global Mobility, Legal and HRBPs
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees at all levels within the organization
  • Spearheading continuous operational improvement
  • Stretching into other areas of interest to fuel your professional development

Your Experience Includes

  • BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 10+ years of payroll experience
  • Experience establishing payroll programs in new jurisdictions domestically and internationally
  • Experience implementing new payroll systems / solutions
  • Expertise in general payroll protocols, accounting principles and regulatory and statutory regulations domestically and internationally
  • Defining policies and procedures with proper checks and balances to ensure accuracy and compliance across all payroll activities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities, and consistently achieve deadlines
  • High level of customer service

Extra Impressive

  • Experience with ADP and WorkDay payroll solutions highly preferred
  • Experience in or knowledge of other areas of HR including but not limited to workers compensation, I-9 management, HR audits, onboarding and/or employment law 
  • Experience analyzing data and managing projects
