Global Product Marketing Lead

Role Summary

As Squiz’s Global Product Marketing Lead, you will be accountable for delivering clear messaging and positioning for our Gartner rated products and Digital Experience platform.

You understand our products inside and out and know our buyers intimately including what problems they are trying to solve and how they make their buying decisions. You’re skilled in leveraging insights to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful.

You will collaborate with your peers in Acquisition Marketing to develop innovative programs that drive demand. In addition to the marketing team, you will regularly collaborate with product managers and sales channels.

Your ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problem is critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling, engaging and differentiated product positioning and messaging for each of the Squiz product offerings to inform the creation of collateral, web content, sales tools etc.
  • Ensure all product positioning and messaging resonates with our target buyer personas and clearly address problems to solve and articulates our point of difference
  • Work with designers to ensure you are creating high impact collateral that reflects the company brand
  • Be an expert on our competition, what products do they sell and how they are positioned
  • Work with product management to understand key features and benefits for each product in our portfolio and understand how each product works together to deliver an integrated Digital Experience Platform
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and influence required changes
  • Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Work with the Sales team and Sales Enablement Manager to ensure sales are equipped to sell



  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Product Marketing Manager within a B2B technology company
  • Excellent writing skills for authoring compelling content and product messaging, with examples of user-centred written communications
  • Experience with developing and executing product launch strategies and tactics
  • Familiar with demand generation marketing tactics
  • Experience using web and search analytics tools
