We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Tel Aviv office and support our Global Talent acquisition team.

As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an instrumental part in building our most important asset which is our people! You will lead full cycle hiring processes and partner closely with hiring managers globally on different hiring needs.

You will also collaborate closely with the HR team and Global Talent Acquisition Team on projects and initiatives to make sure we continually build the best team and culture for our employees. 

As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at SimilarWeb you will:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers in our global offices and own the full cycle of the recruiting process
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor and give your recommendations
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
  • Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
  • Use standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates and their fit to the organization
  • Utilize ATS system to post and track applicants
  • Own the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of different strategies to learn from experience, and continuously improve our talent acquisition processes
  • Create and own an amazing candidate experience

What will I bring to the team?

  • 3+ years of experience in inhouse recruiting, owning the full hiring cycle.
  • Experience hiring for  revenue generating roles (customer facing roles)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and Social Media platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter as a must
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.
  • Strong focus on execution and a can do approach.
  • A true team player who is willing and excited to contribute to our global team and company's success.
  • Proven ability to effectively self-motivate.
