AdRoll is looking for a Graphic Designer who can join a team of other ambitious and organized originators and work together to drive the AdRoll brand. If you have a great attitude and tackle each problem you face with a unique approach, this could be the role for you!
Create engaging designs that drive the AdRoll brand via digital or print applications - including infographics, whitepapers, ad campaigns, and a variety of collaborative team projects
Report to our art director and collaborate with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and other graphic designers on quick turn-around projects
Coordinate daily execution of tasks with the Creative Team’s Project Manager
Support the sales team by assembling and organizing sales presentations to be on-brand and cohesive
Communicate effectively with one of our 5 international offices in delivering eye-catching conference booth designs
When needed, put on your coding hat and contribute to HTML marketing email templates, with an understanding of best practices and responsive design
Contribute to the creative process, including daily standups, brainstorms, and critiques.
Bachelor’s degree (BFA or BA) in graphic design or a related field
3-5 years of working experience
High Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop (Mac)
Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint and Google Slides
Strong sense of Typography and Layout
You enjoy digital illustration work - you're flexible and can pick up new styles as needed
Act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
You are self-motivated to prioritize and manage your workload and to meet critical project deadlines
Have a knack for writing copy for marketing campaigns and banner ads
Utilize a thorough understanding of aesthetic and brand identity
Bonus: Experience in something unique, like stop motion/3D modeling/interactive design/ etc. to help elevate our brand!
