Voice is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to work in collaboration with our marketing team to brainstorm, design and execute innovative multi-platform digital and off-line experiences while helping build the Voice brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, online trends and internet culture.

Where you will make an impact:

• Turn marketing goals into strategic, remarkable Creative that results in increased awareness, growth, and engagement for the brand.
• Collaborate with different teams  to develop and elevate the Voice brand throughout all projects and touch-points, including advertising and in app experiences.
• Contribute to the growth and refinement of the visual vocabulary of Voice.
• Proactively push the Voice  brand forward through exceptional creative ideas.

What makes you a fit for us

• Advertising agency or creative agency environment experience preferred, but not a must.
• Organized & able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Understanding of creative, design and marketing processes
• Presentation skills – a requirement for internal creative presentations.
• Proactive Attitude. Never afraid to raise a hand and jump into new and exciting projects.
• Have the desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of experience working in a designer role
• In-house, brand, or agency experience a plus
• Motion graphics experience a plus

• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Sketch

This position may begin working remotely, however the ability to work on-site in our Brooklyn, New York office is expected (as official guidelines evolve).
