Job Overview

We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who will create compelling digital ads, engaging landing pages, and provide creative support for email and video projects. You'll work directly alongside our creative strategists, media buyers, Shopify specialists, video editors, and email designers to craft visually appealing, high-converting assets that align with our clients’ brand and campaign goals.

Must‑Have Portfolio: Please include 5-8 examples of recent paid social/display ads or short‑form motion graphics you personally designed. Portfolios focused on app/website UX will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver AI-enhanced creative work to brands, across diverse design fields, including branding, digital ads, social media, presentations, and more.
  • Support email designers by creating graphics and illustrations as needed.
  • Develop responsive and engaging landing pages tailored to maximize conversions.
  • Support video editors with graphic elements and motion design for video content.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure designs consistently meet client brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Stay current on digital marketing design trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record designing static & motion Paid Media creative (FB/IG, YouTube, TikTok, GDN)
  • Proficiency in graphic design and AI tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, CapCut, Sora or similar)
  • Strong eye for design and visual storytelling
  • Strong typography, layout, and composition skills to create visually appealing and high-converting designs
  • Understanding of paid media best practices and the ability to design assets optimized for performance
  • The ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
