Group HR Manager

The Challenge.

The Group HR Manager must understand business priorities and translate them into a HR agenda that supports the business. He/She will assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.

We are looking for a Human Resource professional who has the ability to diagnose issues and influence solutions/outcomes.

The Role

  • Review, document and update existing HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure alignment with business needs. Guarantee scalability and consistency across the organization. Track effective execution.
  • Handle all aspects of HR policies & programs (recruitment/onboarding, immigration, legal, training & development, performance management, departures, succession planning, organizational development, absence control, etc).
  • Working closely with Managers to develop and implement HR programs that will increase employee satisfaction and commitment levels, providing coaching techniques and developing performance improvement plans, making Kantox a great place to work.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws & security and health plans, company procedures and legislative requirements.
  • Manage external payroll providers.
  • Post-Secondary education in Human Resources Management.
  • +5 years in a Manager position.
  • Previous experience in full cycle recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation in Spain and UK, including the UK pensions regulation.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral) is a must.
  • Business acumen, excellent communication skills, influencing skills, strategic thinking and strong planning/project management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast paced, rigorous environment.
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
  • Team building and team development capabilities.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft software (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Experience in start-ups, innovative and fast-growing companies in the IT field will be highly appreciated.
