Group M2M/IoT Product Manager (Smart Connectivity)

The Group M2M/IoT Product Manager (Smart Connectivity) is responsible for driving Connectivity part of M2M/IoT business being its main account and responsible for Group’s Smart connectivity products development, their management and update. The Group M2M/IoT Product Manager (Smart Connectivity) is leading and coordinating the activities of the HQ’s and OpCos’ M2M/IoT product & marketing managers to ensure alignment of priorities and effective execution of M2M/IoT Program in terms of Smart Connectivity implementation. The Group M2M/IoT Product Manager (Smart Connectivity) is a Center of Knowledge for Smart Connectivity across the Group being responsible for sharing the knowledge on Smart Connectivity products and for communication with vendors within product development roadmap.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Smart Connectivity product portfolio management
·       Marketing activities, new products and partnerships initiation.
·       Product development strategy (Smart Connectivity part) manage and update
·       Organize and manage the process of product portfolio development
·       Perform marketing studies, gather marketing information from OpCos to influence Group M2M/IoT product portfolio.
·       Manage and develop marketing strategy (including pricing policy forming) within Smart Connectivity product portfolio across the Group
·       Develop and manage special pricing and product proposals for multinational customers’ opportunities
·       Perform Smart Connectivity products KPI monitoring and initiate marketing activities with OpCos to secure budget goals.
·       Initiate and support local teams with local product management procedures update
·       Group Sales forces support (special pricing, pre-sales, sales materials preparation) within key/global accounts onboarding
·       Local Product/Marketing/Sales teams education and sharing knowledge on Smart Connectivity product
·       Local Product & Marketing teams support with marketing and PR activities (best practices, success stories, PR & Promo agencies briefing)
Function Management
·       Responsible for knowledge and best practices sharing process organization between OpCos, its support and optimization.
·       Coordinate communication between OpCos, HQ and leads Smart Connectivity products for any commercial issues.
·       Perform marketing studies, gather marketing information from OpCos to influence Group M2M/IoT product portfolio.
·       Lead Group’s Communication Plan in Smart Connectivity, monitor and drive Communication/PR activities in OpCos
·       Challenge M2M/IoT technical/project teams at HQ and OpCos to deliver products and technologies according to the roadmap and its timeline. Approve and validate change requests if any.
·       Responsible for the effective delivery of results through employee involvement and accountability
Vendor and Partnership management
·       Initiate new partnerships development for the needs of M2M/IoT Smart Connectivity.
·       Manage and develop relations with existing vendors for M2M/IoT
·       Communicate Group’s business needs to vendors to influence on their roadmap and deliverables within Smart Connectivity

·         5+ years of work experience in product/marketing management, 3 years in telecom or IT (preferably in M2M/IoT).
·         Experience in B2B (marketing or sales) is a strong advantage.
·         Expert in M2M/IoT/mobile technologies with experience of product development, marketing management. Knowledge of current trends in M2M/IoT market, leading MNOs’ activities, existing and perspective business models for telecom players.
·         Strong marketing skills and proven success.
·         Experience in partnership development and international vendor management.
·         University degree in Marketing/Management/Technics
·         Fluent English, additionally Russian/Italian/Urdu is a plus
