The role

We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to help drive our ambitious international expansion plans for our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance data and technology solutions.

The successful candidate will work directly with the VP of Sales & Marketing on high profile strategic projects and have ongoing responsibility for managing the technology tools available to the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams.

Given the early stage of the business and rapid growth we need someone that is a team player but is able to work independently and is hungry to grow and take on more responsibility over time.

Experience in a Sales & Marketing environment is critical along with a passion for technology; a good understanding of the financial services industry would help but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, choose and implement sales and marketing stack technologies (with some technical support where required)
  • Administer company-wide CRM system – customise workflow/dashboards, maintain system, train users, manage roll-out of new features, etc.
  • Monitor Sales, Marketing and Customer Success KPIs and drive weekly performance tracking and insights
  • Help prepare CEO/Board presentations into Sales, Marketing and Customer Success performance
  • Work with Marketing to design campaigns into specific customer segments
  • Drive strategic projects, e.g. supporting launch of the North America office, evaluation of new market entry options, etc.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through interviews/surveys, identify key insights into customer needs and develop recommendations for product/sales refinements
  • Support development of new sales tools and training materials
