About the role

The Marketing team at Metromile is focused on growing the business by implementing targeted campaigns across a number of channels. Initially, as our Offline Marketing Associate you will work with other marketing leaders on the team to learn and scale our Direct Mail marketing program, eventually taking full responsibility for strategy, creative, targeting, and testing.

This is a significant undertaking, one that requires someone who's analytical and detail-oriented, but also interested in working with our creative team and outside agencies to test out new materials. The channel can't be successful without both. The successful candidate will gather and analyze data to guide spend and optimization decisions; drill down into channel performance to make decisions that drive both quality and volume; and build a consistent learning agenda over time to unlock new consumer segments.
