What we’re looking for:

We’re hiring a growth marketing manager that will lead end-to-end strategy and execution of Hometeam’s influencer and channel marketing across our geographies. Healthcare systems are complex and it is critical to build deep relationships and connectivity into influencers such as hospitals, rehab facilities, social workers, elder-law attorneys, and more.

You should have an experienced track record of building & executing marketing strategies from the ground up, leveraging events, sponsorships, email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing, to deliver measurable, impactful results for organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategy for influencer marketing; develop many multi-channel campaigns to generate huge awareness and growth with key influencer groups.
  • Plan and execute incredible events that the healthcare community has never seen.
  • Monitor, optimize and report campaign performance on an ongoing basis to ensure we’re hitting our target KPIs.
  • Work closely and cross-functionally with senior leaders, helping to develop integrated business strategies that shape the future of marketing at Hometeam.
  • Own Hometeam’s voice to the rest of the healthcare community; working with product and design to develop creative and branding that resonates with our key influencer groups. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a solid GPA
  • A genuine, compassionate desire to serve others and help those in need
  • 4+ years experience working on world-class growth marketing programs for new products in both B2B and B2
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and a track record of finding new ways to market and engage
  • Impeccable follow up and a fanatical attention to detail; comfortable handling a robust pipeline and juggling multiple priorities
