What we’re looking for:
We’re hiring a growth marketing manager that will lead end-to-end strategy and execution of Hometeam’s influencer and channel marketing across our geographies. Healthcare systems are complex and it is critical to build deep relationships and connectivity into influencers such as hospitals, rehab facilities, social workers, elder-law attorneys, and more.
You should have an experienced track record of building & executing marketing strategies from the ground up, leveraging events, sponsorships, email marketing, digital advertising, and content marketing, to deliver measurable, impactful results for organizations.
To be successful, you must be passionate about the power of community engagement and excel at working across many functional teams (sales, mktg, ops). You thrive in social settings and believe in the power of relationships. Most of all, you’re entrepreneurial and determined, seeing opportunities where others only see obstacles
