Position Overview

Eligible is rapidly expanding and we are looking for the right people to grow and change healthcare. Eligible is seeking Growth Representatives (GR) to join our team. This position is a full-time position. Join us on-site in Brooklyn, New York, or work with our team remotely!

GRs partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. GRs are responsible for developing long-term relationships with their portfolio of assigned customers and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. GRs will liaise between customers and cross-functional, internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Eligible’s solutions specific to our customer needs. The GR is responsible for managing the full sales cycle which will provide a diverse set of opportunities to learn and develop.

What you will do

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Communicate status and progress across teams and leadership as necessary
  • Drive revenue growth through outreach via email and phone to drive new opportunities
  • Research and prospect customer contact information and the best ways to develop a relationship
  • Build a prospect customer pipeline through opportunity identification (i.e. cold calling, LinkedIn reach outs)
  • Manage inbound leads and outbound campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Manage and track all progress and tasks related to customer accounts using Salesforce
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • An ability to understand and sell Eligible’s suite of APIs with highly technical customers

  • Experience
  • Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven account management, inbound sales or other relevant experience
  • Prospecting, qualifying leads, using Salesforce and managing the sales pipeline is a plus

  • Technology
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and the startup community
  • Bonus if you have used tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk, Slack, and ConfluenceEducationBA/BS degree or equivalent
