Location & Remote Work

Our people team works on a "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using our offices in São Paulo or using our partners' coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the Area:

We are seeking a passionate Employer Branding and Community Sr. Analyst, to join our People Team and help us attract, engage, and retain top talent.

As the Employer Branding and Community Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for shaping and promoting our employer brand and fostering a vibrant community among current and prospective employees. You will create and execute strategies that highlight our unique culture, values, and career opportunities, ensuring Grupo QuintoAndar is the place of choice for great talent all around the world.

What will you do here:

  • Help us drive our Employer Branding Strategy, developing and implementing it in a way that aligns with our company’s vision, mission, and values, together with our PR, Talent Attraction & D&I teams.
  • Create compelling content that showcases our company culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities across various channels, including social media, company website, and newsletters, increasing our brand awareness.
  • Manage our employer brand presence on social media platforms, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and promoting job openings and company events.
  • Develop programs that encourage and enable employees to share their positive experiences and stories, amplifying our employer brand through authentic voices.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics related to employer branding and community engagement to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a sense of community among employees through events, programs, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • You will be responsible for all our company and executive team events, from the strategy we create for those gatherings and rituals, to managing their content, logistics, and results, to help foster our culture and a general understanding of our business

Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in either employer branding, community management, event planning, marketing, or related roles.
    • Great storytelling, able to tell compelling stories across various formats and channels.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
    • Proactive and self-driven, with a desire to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company.
    • Highly adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
    • Experience working in a global team, understanding diverse cultural backgrounds and practices.
    • Fluent English - we have a presence in more than 8 countries, and many of our employees are not native Portuguese speakers, so this will be essential for your day-to-day work.
