This job description is written in English because for that position you will need it for communications with coworkers and suppliers who are from worldwide, for tools and internal materials as well.

Responsibilities

- General legal advice and assistance to several areas of the Group, whose scope covers 4 countries in LatAm.

- Review of commercial contracts and support in all corporate aspects of the Group.

- Preparation, review and execution of legal instruments in English and Spanish.

- Documentary management of the legal area, coordination of legal audits and negotiations with external firms.

Requirements

- You must be a law graduate with at least 2 or 3 years of experience in first level companies and/or law firms.

- You must have advanced knowledge of English.

- You must have knowledge of corporate and contract law, oriented to corporate level.

- Knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel.

- You must have good communication skills and be a responsible and organized person.

- Have analytical capacity for problem solving.

- Have initiative for implementations and predisposition to changes and process improvements.

- Like to work as part of a team!
