Manage access rights of Agoda's systems according to security requirements and company policies.
Responsible for resolving day-to-day issues as assigned to the GSD Operations team.
Ensure that team and Individual meet agreed CSS KPI (Customer Satisfaction Survey) Satisfied + Very satisfied > 90% / Dissatisfied +Very dissatisfied < 3%
You will be responsible for completing multiple projects on time and that they meet the given KPIs.
You are required to make decisions, implement standards and best practices to improve the support process.
You will report directly to the GSD Operations Manager and join the Global Service Delivery Team.
You may be required to travel.
