Hardware Designer

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Hardware Designer to develop board level hardware for embedded systems. If you have a desire to perform cutting-edge research, hardware design, and engineering on embedded technologies and architectures, apply today!

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Design quick-turn PCBs and breakout boards for hardware
  • Apply knowledge of Linux/Unix-based systems to help solve complex mission challenges
  • Perform simple scripting for automated testing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in PCB design/development
  • Demonstrated experience in using GitLab or equivalent code version control software.
  • Exposure to scripting languages, Kicad, and board fabrication requirements
  • Board assembly and soldering ability
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in the cybersecurity domain

Clearance:  Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
