Head of AdTech Engineering

As Head of AdTech Engineering, you will work with Intersection executives and team members from across the organization to create a technology team focused on designing, building, and operating a next-generation platform for out-of-home (OOH) digital advertising. You’ll be an integral part of efforts to shape, develop and manage our strategic capabilities, implement and manage customer and product solutions, leveraging creative capabilities, data, and infrastructure across owned and operated properties including LinkNYC.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with executives and stakeholders 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business environment and strategy 
  • Identify technology and product opportunities within the company and marketplace 
  • Develop products bringing digital capabilities to physical advertising 
  • Lead the mentoring and management of technology and development staff 
  • Shepherd agile practices and process at scale across products and projects 
  • Keep abreast of emerging behaviors, technologies, and companies across the Advertising and AdTech landscapes

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience of leadership in technology and/or product management 
  • Track record of building and operating successful products and platforms 
  • Proven experience building highly-engaged, high-performing teams 
  • Strong capabilities of: observation, analysis, synthesis 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathmatics, Physics, or related fields 
  • Experience working with brands and agencies in digitial or traditional media
  • Change-agent capable of building vision and alignment
