The role:

As head of our broker sales team, you will be responsible for the development and management of commercial relationships with finance brokers nationwide. You will build a strong pipeline of sales through brokers and ensure their clients receive a first-class experience accessing finance from iwoca. In this role, you will be:

  • Defining the strategy for broker sales, including regular review of iwoca against competitors
  • Identifying suitable brokers for iwoca to work with, including review of existing broker database
  • Overseeing the building and maintenance of relationships with brokers nationwide
  • Building and developing the team required to deliver the strategy
  • Making outbound calls yourself, including cold calling to generate and follow up leads
  • Creating and delivering customer quotations, and quality checking quotations prepared by the team
  • Analysing customer applications made through brokers to assess and refine strategy
  • Tracking and managing the financial performance of the broker sales channel
