We are a rapidly growing company – we’ve increased our revenue by more than 300% over the last 24 months. Our talented business development team consists of over 30 people. Currently, we are on the lookout for the Head of Business Development to lead this excellent team and help us sail through the growth.

How do we see your role day-to-day?

  • Building and executing the business development strategy resulting in reaching at least 50-percent revenue increase year-to-year.
  • Leading, developing, and growing the business development team (5 people reporting directly to you, 30+ in total).
  • Co-operating closely with the Top Management and co-creating the company strategy & plans.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction (our current NPS is 70).
  • Continuously improving existing processes and creating new ones in order to improve your team’s performance.
  • Overseeing the growing Business Development team, motivating, and providing leadership and guidance.
