For this role, we are looking for a hands-on commercial leader to play a critical role in our growth over the coming years – both in the UK and internationally. You’ll be responsible for defining the retention strategy to maximize 5 year ‘wallet share’ and contribute to hitting an incredibly ambitious revenue plan for 2017 and 2018.

Working across teams including Marketing, Analytics, Commercial and IT, you'll ensure the CRM strategy and loyalty programs are fully mapped against strategic customer segmentation areas and identifiable triggers.

Create and lead implementation of ClearScore’s customer value strategy

Set the customer contact strategy – to meet revenue plan across all product verticals – credit cards, loans, mortgages and telco. Apply segmentation and triggers to create a sophisticated, customer focused approach. Lead the CRM team to deliver the strategy, report on progress and optimize.

Define product offer requirements

Work with the Commercial team and lenders to create outstanding, tailored and relevant offers to deliver to our userbase at opportune moments.

Identify and operationalize predictive triggers

Work closely with the Analysis team to identify key signals/propensity models – to inform content and timing of communication flows.

Create a seamless user experience

Drive a channel-agnostic, frictionless experience for our users from communication through to site and purchase.

Deliver stand-out customer email, notification and direct-channel communications

Produce communications programmes that contribute to our long term brand vision ‘Your money sorted’. Always simple, relevant and beautifully presented.
