Head of Customer Support - Lisbon

Lisbon, Portugal

Your Tasks:


Manage, Lead and motivate our customer support team of about 50 members

Develop and implement our customer support strategy

Analyze, identify and execute opportunities to improve and grow our customer support

Manage the quantity and quality of our customer support in all travel markets

Utilize the latest technology for collaboration and cooperation with guests, integration partners and other third parties

Take on personnel and budget responsibility

Manage effective relationships with other stakeholders

Report to Managing Director





Your Profile:


You are experienced in Customer Support. Business Development and Sales in the online travel sector or an online marketplace business

You have an undergraduate degree in Business Studies, Management studies, Tourism Studies, or similar

You  are familiar working within an e-commerce environment

You possess strong analytical, planning and forecasting skills as well as experience making data-driven recommendations and decisions

You are a seasoned team leader

You are fluent in English
