You’ll be empowered to drive how we invest in data with the right tools, technology and processes to make our data ecosystem even more reliable and impactful for DICE, our partners and our users.

You’ll be

  • Coaching managers and senior members of the Data Analytics, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering and Data Product Management teams.
  • Defining and delivering a DICE data strategy to grow the impact of the team across the business, including the vision / mission, taking ownership for data roadmaps, processes, budgeting and team performance.
  • Implementing frameworks that foster innovation, encourage creativity and create sustainable team growth.
  • Working with stakeholders and across departments to ensure the strategy is robust and inclusive.

Our process usually involves a quick chat on the phone, a portfolio review or task and a couple of interviews where you’ll meet the people you’ll work with. We’ll keep you fully informed along the way.
