Our mission is to disrupt one of the oldest industries in the world by rethinking the betting business model. We believe traditional sports betting rips off bettors, taking up to a 15% margin on bets. We offer the industry's lowest margin of around 1%. We can and will do better.


The Role

A Head of Digital is required to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing across multiple channels.

The candidate must have an excellent grasp of modern marketing strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

We have a strong identity as a tech company. This means we prefer to plan, develop and build our own in-house tools, rather than use expensive third-party alternatives. The candidate should therefore be comfortable with a hands-on approach.

Responsible for the long-term success of the company, the candidate’s actions and decisions  should directly impact on KPIs aligned with the overall business objectives.


Areas of responsibility:

  • Set clear KPIs and growth targets for the business
  • Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy
  • Report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights
  • Optimise spend and performance
  • Plan and implement new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise user experience across multiple channels
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective on emerging technologies



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five years experience in a tech-driven marketing team
  • Previously set-up/led and developed the marketing team for a high-growth company
  • Proven track record in digital strategy
  • Experience working at a startup
  • Highly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels

Compensation Guidance:

The starting salary is £60k and it will be dependant on experience. Your salary will be determined by peer review.

This is a full-time job based at our head office on the 7th floor at 1 Commodity Quay, St Katharine Docks, London, E1W 1AZ.
