Head of Enterprise Implementation and Success

Here’s what you will do:

  • Own the responsibility for the onboarding, support, and management of all strategic Enterprise clients globally.
  • Craft complex implementation plans taking into account detailed financial models, contract terms, internal resources including but not limited to engineers, and be especially skilled at communicating these plans to the key stakeholders in this process, including the leadership team and in some cases, the company’s board of directors.
  • Take a leadership role in owning the financial model and proposal creation process in close partnership with the CFO, FP&A, enterprise sales, and even the CEO in the cases of extremely large accounts.
  • Manage the internal LOI and contracts process with each enterprise client, closely assisted by the enterprise sales lead.  However, as the person leading the implementation and ongoing execution of the contract, they may not be leading the heavy parts of negotiation to maintain some separation between the client.
  • Create client health dashboards, in partnership with operations and analytics, for each enterprise account above a defined revenue level and report on these client heath dashboards no less frequently than monthly in the company’s operations and KPI’s meeting.
  • Work cross-departmentally to understand our Enterprise clients’ strategic and  revenue potential.
  • Build a global team of strategic Enterprise implementation managers and staff to grow, retain and manage complex, strategic relationships.
  • Create guidelines, metrics, and objectives to measure the success of the Enterprise Implementation team and each individual client.
  • Collect feedback from customers and from internally to provide product feedback
  • Ensure all account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company, functioning as the primary executive for escalated issues.  If further escalation is required, the COO and CEO would be the next step.
  • As needed, serve as a resource related to international expansion, and be capable and efficient at navigating the complicated landscape of international software, customer data, and payment regulations, in partnership with legal counsel, operations and finance.

 

Here are the qualifications we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of B2B sales/strategic account management
  • 8+ years experience working with large strategic partners and enterprise accounts
  • 8+ years of experience managing teams of sales/ business development or operations professionals
  • An effective motivator for their teams, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of each enterprise client’s success.
  • An effective listener and problem solver, capable of empathizing with clients in all situations, and diligent about speedy follow-up.
  • Incredibly organized and process oriented, to the degree that not a single action item slips through due to ineffective process.  Follow-up and confidence building is key in this role with high stakes clients.
