Odaseva is looking for a Head of Expert Services to lead and manage a global team of experienced Salesforce Architects.
This is an influencing role therefore stakeholder management is a must-have skill. The role requires collaboration across the organization's Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and other supporting functions.
The Head of Expert Services will be responsible for the P&L of the Expert Services team and report to the SVP of Sales of the Company.
Your responsibilities will include:
Enhanced Service Delivery - Design and implement innovative methodologies to streamline expert services delivery, drastically improving efficiency. Develop and maintain expert services quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Client Satisfaction - Foster a culture of client-centricity, ensuring a consistent satisfaction rate through attentive service and timely solutions. Conduct regular client feedback sessions and integrate suggestions for continual expert services enhancement.
Revenue Growth - Responsible for the P&L of Odaseva’s expert services. Identify new revenue streams and expand expert services offerings, leading to a projected increase in consultancy revenue. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth.
Team Development - Recruit, mentor, and empower top-tier Salesforce Architects, nurturing a high-performing team. Organize regular skill development sessions and provide growth opportunities to team members.
Thought Leadership - Curate and present thought-provoking insights in the Salesforce ecosystem, securing speaking engagements at major industry conferences yearly. Foster an environment that encourages the team to contribute articles, white-papers, or webinars showcasing our expertise.
You will bring:
- 15+ years in senior leadership within Salesforce consultancy, including at least 5 years of managing the practice.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, implementation, and customization.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and client management abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on revenue growth and service expansion.
